Operational management of a temporary space in the basement of the former Foyles Building in Soho, London, on behalf of the radical queer performance group Carnesky Productions.

Input on the project included the installation of infrastructure / services, the recruitment and management of a team of 10, as well as liaison with the landlord (Soho Estates), Westminster council and the police.

Further support for the project was provided through the programming of a calendar of both public and private events.

The eight week project not only generated an improved return on investment for Carnesky Productions, but provided opportunity for a broad spectrum of related performers and collectives.
